The Homeless

Ok so realise that some people want to live on the streets for whatever personal reasons, fair enough, but for those you have no choice, i don't understand how the word 'homeless' actually exists and i'm talking about in the UK really because we are a fairly rich country in comparison. If people/companies etc can club together and gather money for the olympic games for an example, which is partly a fun organised event as well as a serious competition, then why can't the same people club together and help everyone off the streets. I'm not saying to give the homeless money because its not money they need to start with, and i'm not saying give them a brand new house fully equipped. I think there is a system whereby the homeless can stay temporarily in a hostel, and earn money, does anyone know more about this

I just think really if they are giving somewhere to stay, therefore having an address which can enable them to get a proper job = money = independance = 2nd chance at life. i know its not as easy as that but it should be

Ignoring your "friends" on facebook

I think we all do this, the majority of us on facebook do not know every single people we add/accept as a friend, however we don't always ackhowledge those people who are meant to be friends when we see them out and about.

WHY???????
I know i sometimes add people just because i'm nosy and want to see their picture esp if its someone i haven't seen for years, or i'm just curious as to where they have got in life.
Maybe we ignore people not because we are being mean but because theres that fear that you acknowledge someone you've added and they don't recognise you and you just look stupid lol

How does this make benefit cheats learn?????

Read in the news this week how a woman managed to claim over 100,000 pounds in benefits.

Her punishment: 100 years to pay back the money at 14 pound a week which she is paying with by other benefits that she does actually qualify for since she doesn't work!!!!!!!!

Now i read the article and laughed, what has she actually learnt from this, because she is paying an extremely small amount back per week and she has an unlimted amount of time to do so. Plus she isn't paying any interest, well actually she isn't paying it back at all because her other benefits are paying it off, so she is not loosing out. What i want to know is when she dies, and she hasn't paid the money back who will have to ????
